Are you practicing mob programming? Or do you just mean that the meeting is where you coordinate and decide on the approach?

I nod to the fact that meetings are essential for coordination. But the real "making" of the product happens outside meetings.

(I wouldn't consider mobbing/pairing to be a "meeting" per se.)
