I like this framework for thinking about productivity. So often, we think of productivity as linear - either you're more productive or less.

The interesting thing here is productivity has a range of areas on the frontier and directions in which you could improve.

The direction you improve is up to you, but this model implies that productivity is not just "do more" without thinking.
